Appointments:

All appointments can be scheduled via phone or in person at our front-desk. Please plan your arrival approximately 10 min before the scheduled appointment. Credit Cards is required for all services or treatments. Each appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.


Health Considerations:

Please let us know of any health issues that might interfere with your treatment. Inform us if you are pregnant, have heart problems or are allergic to any products.


Personal Properties:

Salon Glō is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property. We suggest that you leave any valuable at home. All valuables brought with you should be kept with you at all the time. Children under 12 have to be under parental supervision.


Payments:

Salon Glō will accept cash, vista or MasterCard. Sales tax will be charges where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice. Gift certificates, referral are available.


Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with our service or treatment during your visit at Salon Glō please advise our salon manager or front-desk immediately. We will gladly help resolving any issues. We will offer full store credit or exchange for any products you purchased at our salon within one week from the date of purchase.
